The planning Commission meets on the 4th Thursday of every month. Scheduled meetings times are at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioner Chambers at the Courthouse located at 450 N. 2nd St. in Lander.
All documentation required for a proposed subdivision, including the soil report, must be submitted no later then 5:00 p.m. three weeks prior to the scheduled Planning Commission Meeting in order to make it onto the agenda for that month.
